b) Annual Subscription: Customers who cancel their annual subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the subscription fee. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be provided.

 

2.2. Refund Process

Please include your account details, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant order information. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
